For enterprise environments, the printer supports SOTI Connect and TSC Console, allowing IT teams to remotely monitor devices, manage printers, and maintain optimal performance across large deployments.
Built for demanding environments, the Alpha-30R meets MIL-STD-810 military durability standards, features an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, and withstands drops of up to 2.1 metres. With the optional protective case, drop resistance increases to 2.5 metres, making it ideal for harsh working conditions.
The printer also supports linerless media, helping businesses reduce label waste and operate more sustainably.
